The Finnish Accordion Museum is located in Sysmä. The museum was opened to the public in 1993 and the museum is based on the private collection of Tauno Ylönen. There is also a harmonica section of over 50 instruments in the museum. The harmonica section was opened to the public in 2001. The oldest item in the museum is a so-called spoon-bass accordion from 1850.
The museum has annually changing theme exhibitions in addition to the permanent exhibition.
