Vesijako is one of the oldest villages of Padasjoki and it was first mentioned in 1464. The town mill of Vesijako has located in Palsanoja River since the 19th century. Nowadays it’s possible to get to know the history of the mill and the sawmill. There’s a café and art exhibitions have been arranged in the premises. Open by request.
