Padasjoki church is located in the center of Padasjoki. The church was built in 1926-1928. The current church is plastered brickwork long-plan church with a gable tower and it was designed by an architect W.G. Palmqvist.
The altarpiece was saved from the fire that destroyed the previous church. The altarpiece is by Alexandra Frosterus-Såltin and it depicts the Resurrection.
The church seats 600.
