Hiidensaari is located in Iitti. Hiidensaari and Hiirenvuori form an important national landscape. Hiidensaari has several trails, a campfire area and a toilet at the shore. There is also a wooden steps to the 60 meter high Hiidenvuori mountain with stunning views over Kymijoki river and Lake Pyhäjärvi.

The eastern part of the island is a nature preservation area. Hiidensaari is along the Heinola-Voikkaa canoeing route. There is also a large boat platform where you can moor even a larger boat. Hiidensaari can be reached by car during the winter.
