Heinola City Museum is located in an old house built in 1872. The house belonged to a merchant Ulrik Lindholm (1825-89). The museum has been working in the building since 1984.

In the museum you can learn about the history of the city of Heinola from the late 18th century to the 1930s. The museum also displays old medal and money collections, old Finnish glass designs, silver collections and changing exhibitions on different topics.
