Hostel Opiston Kunkku

Hostels and other lodging | Opiston Kunkku is located in the center of Lahti and close to the travel center. The historic building used to be the home to the Lahti community college. The building has been renovated with respect for the old to hostel and restaurant use. Completely renovated facilities offer Pilvilinna standard hotel rooms for 2-4 people with their own toilet and shower, and hostel rooms for 1-2 people with toilet and shower facilities in the hallway. The a la carte restaurant serves simple, yet delicious Finnish-Scandinavian cuisine made from the best ingredients of the season. A buffet lunch is also available on weekdays. The atmospheric Kellari-Bar is the venue for a variety of musical events.

There are several meeting rooms ranging from a 10-person cabinet to a 120-person ballroom and a 200-person auditorium.
