The villa is a two-story, approximately 190 square meter building built on a slope and it was built in 2007.

Upstairs there is a kitchen with all the accessories of a modern home, a dining room with a round table with six chairs, a living room with a 42" TV, a stereo, a large toilet, a wardrobe and a glazed balcony. The bedroom next to the balcony has direct access to the balcony, as does the living room. Unobstructed, wonderful view of the peaceful lake from the balcony.
